The ginger, garlic, roasted lemons, turmeric and a bit of chilli are blended together to make an aromatic marinade.We then massage it well into the chicken pieces. The same marinade is mixed into the rice and potatoes & spinach. We place chicken pieces on top.

When roasted the flavours blend together & the rice will crunch upon top making this dish a tasty, classic comfort feed.

Cooking instructions 

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

This product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove lid.  Place the tray in a the oven for about 40 minutes. Check the chicken is golden and if required continue cooking until its fully cooked and juices run clear.
