Market fresh Australian Barramundi is marinated in our special Moroccan spice mixture based on Chermoula.

To make our Taboon Couscous we dice carrots, celery, onions & zucchini, saute them lightly and spice them with a saffron based spice, Hawaiij. The couscous and vegetable are then steamed together. The Brocollini is quickly blanched and all is assembled in the cooking tray ready for you to defrost and grill in the oven.

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

This product contains raw fish and should be fully cooked before consumption.

While every effort has been made to ensure that the fish is bone and scale free, please be aware that some may remain.

Preheat the oven to full grill mode. Remove lid. Place the tray in the oven under the grill for about 15-20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
