How We Make It

We take premium lamb mince, mix in fresh parsley, mint, garlic and spices and make succulent koftas.

After soaking Turkish burghul overnight we add fried onions, currants, a little dried chilli and dress with excellent olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

A pile of this deliciousness is placed in a baking tray and topped with the koftas.

Around the edges we swirl fresh tomato coulis spiked with parsley and mint.

When cooked it soaks into the pilaff bringing the whole dish together. Fit for a sultan!

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

This product contains raw lamb and should be fully cooked before consumption.

Defrost fully in the refrigerator before cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.  Remove lid. Roast for approx. 25 minutes. Check lamb koftas & continue cooking for approx. 10 minutes if needed or until lamb koftas are cooked and browned.

Cooking instructions are guidelines only. Ovens vary; please adjust cooking times accordingly and ensure your food is piping hot before serving.
